Commercial Castor oil

That is produced while crushing steam-cooked castor seeds using an expeller. This refined oil plays a key role as a lubricant in the coatings of vitamin and mineral tablets. Also, serves as a key ingredient for creating high-value castor oil derivatives.
Pale Pressed Castor Oil
Refined Castor Oil is also known as Pale Pressed Oil. That is manufacturing from quality castor seeds that are pure and free from any impurities. This oil is colorless or very light yellow and has a very mild or virtually undetectable scent. That makes it a different choice for a range of applications. First Pressed Castor Oil
First First-pressed degummed Castor Oil (F.P.D) is manufactured through an early degumming process. It significantly enhances the texture and color of the oil while removing plant polymer substances. This process begins with the first pressing of castor oil, filtering, and degumming. The result is an oil that retains its unique lubricating properties without undue accumulation of plant residues and carbon.
Hydrogeneted Castor Oil
Hydrogenated Castor Oil (HCO), also known as Castor Wax, is a solid that is hard, brittle, and has a high melting point. It is tasteless and odorless, which makes it ideal for various applications. Chemically, it is primarily composed of 12-Hydroxy Stearic Acid. While it doesn’t dissolve in water and has limited solubility in many organic solvents. Also, it melts into a clear and transparent liquid.
12-Hydroxy Stearic Acid
Commercial Grade Castor Oil includes the versatile 12-Hydroxy Stearic Acid (12-HSA). That is available in flakes or powder form. 12-HSA is one of the important ingredients to produce everyday products. Such as, in hot-melt glues, inks, and polishes.
Ricinoleic Acid (R.A.)
Ricinoleic Acid (R.A.) is specially made from castor oil, known for its unique properties as an unsaturated fatty acid. It is identified as a clear, thick, yellowish liquid.
